Ask for the terms that apply to your project.
Your signed project documents should identify the finished surfaces, the coating system, the care instructions and any applicable warranty. Keep those documents together with your approved color information. A website description does not replace the terms agreed for your project.
Ask NS to explain the coverage period, exclusions, remedy and follow-up arrangements in the written agreement before accepting your estimate.
Describe the concern, not just the symptom.
A chip at an impact point is a different situation from a coating that releases from the underlying surface. Water exposure, heat, cleaning products and movement at wood joints can also create different symptoms. Photos and the project record help establish what happened and what the next step should be.
If you notice a concern, avoid attempting an unapproved repair before it has been assessed. Note when you first saw it, whether it is changing, and any recent water or impact event. This is information for a fair assessment, not a conclusion about whether the concern is covered.
Start a service conversation.
Contact NS at 360-903-6298 or tslava2002@yahoo.com with your project date, a description and clear photos. Ask for the appropriate next step under your written agreement. The warranty support page provides a checklist you can use to organize the details.
